enjoy serving tax-exempt organizations. My passion for and commitment to
the nonprofit community in the South Puget Sound, allows me to bring unique
value tax-exempt organizations. I provide advice on issues arising in all
phases of a tax-exempt organization’s life cycle, including the preparation
and filing of the application for recognition as a tax-exempt organization.
I also advise on the full range of daily operations, from fundraising to
sponsorship agreements to employment matters. I also assist with structuring
transactions and alliances with other organizations.
