About Me

Prior to opening my own office, I served as general counsel for a publicly-traded internet company. Before that, I practiced law in both large and small law firms. I have advised clients on a broad range of transactional matters including underwritten public offerings, joint ventures, private offerings and mergers and acquisitions. I also have extensive experience in estate planning matters and forming charitable organizations. I also enjoy drafting real estate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases and web-based content, hosting and license agreements.

My Philosophy of Practice

I believe in helping you efficiently and affordably. I don’t charge for routine phone calls, and I don’t charge to read or answer my e-mail. I speak English and not “legalese.” I try to maintain a casual style, and I strive to provide practical advice and fair value in exchange for the fees that I charge.
